1. You first want to open the program.  This can be done online or offline.

2. After the program loads, click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the page:

3. From the "Tools menu" you want to select the "Accounts" option which will bring up this screen shown in the picture below:

4. Click the Mail Tab as indicated by the arrow.

 This will bring up a list of all the e-mail accounts currently active in Outlook Express.

6. Select your UTI account by clicking on the name under the "Account" field and then click the "Properties" button on the right. This brings up the properties screen for your e-mail account. It will look something like the picture below:

7. Under the "General" tab, we want the "E-mail address:" line and to read:
"username@utionline.net"

The "Reply address:" line should be left blank.

The "Name" and "Organization" lines can include whatever information you prefer.

8. Next click on the "Servers"
tab at the top. "Incoming mail
(POP3):" and "Outgoing mail
(SMTP):" should both read
"mail.utionline.net" as in the
picture at right.

9. For the "Account name:" enter the text that comes before the "@" symbol in your e-mail address. (i.e. If your e-mail address was
username@utionline.net, then your Account name would be username)

10. Your "Password:" is the same password you use for dial-up which is the one you selected when you signed up.
