Elder - Bill Bondurant Men's Small Group Bible Study on Sunday evenings at 6:00 is studying the book "If You Want To Walk On Water, You've Got To Get Out Of The Boat" by John Ortberg. Women's Small Group on Wednesdays at 7:00 is having a Bible Study on the Book of John. Small groups are essential for growing and maturing in the Lord. Some groups meet during Sunday School, before or during church on Sunday night, or on Wednesday night. Adults of all ages can always be part of a small group meeting at Oak Grove. Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting and Bible Study in the sanctuary is one of the most interesting services at Oak Grove. It is a time for in-depth study of various topics straight from the Bible plus a time to share prayer needs that are on your heart. |
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up. Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." Ecc. 4:9-12 |
